Hot Choices: Combination seafood curry, BBQ scallop skewers, satay king prawns and combination fried rice.

Fresh dinner rolls along with a selection of gourmet breads and butter portions, your selection of five (5) freshly prepared salads, 4 delicious desserts, disposable plates, premium cutlery & serviettes supplied.

Hot Buffet Menu:

For this buffet service the client needs to supply their own tables for the buffet set up - You may choose 2 Hot Choices listed. You may also suggest your own choices. Combination Fried Rice Included along with fresh dinner rolls & Butter portions.

Cold Buffet Menu:

For this buffet service the client need to supply their own tables for the buffet set up. Platters of cold freshly roasted meats, continental meats, leg ham and roast chicken. Fresh Dinner rolls & Butter portions.
