For this service the client needs to supply their own tables for the buffet set up.

Marinated BBQ skewered prawns, premium quality Eye fillet steak (Served with mushroom & pepper sauce), marinated lamb kebabs with garlic, lemon & oregano, chicken breast marinated in honey mustard, selection of gourmet sausages, fresh dinner rolls/selection of gourmet breads.
Your selection of seven freshly prepared salads from Salad bar list 1-24 and 4 desserts from our Dessert bar from list 1-36.

Disposable plates, cutlery & serviettes supplied.

Not included in priceStaff / BBQ hire & gas / delivery charges. China crockery & stainless steel cutlery available.
