Budget Spit Roast

For this meal service the client needs to supply their own serving utensils, tables and urn for the tea & coffee service.

Staff arrive 15 minutes prior to you mealtime, set out the buffet tables and then leave.

3 Meats choices available to choose from Beef / Pork / Lamb / Chicken (250g per serve), seven (7) freshly prepared homemade, salads - no choices. You receive the 1st seven salads from the Salad bar or Hot vegetables choose 3 only. Hot chat potatoes are included, sour cream / all condiments, dinner rolls & butter portions, gravy and apple sauce, 4 desserts – choose from 1st 6 desserts only from the dessert bar, coffee / tea / milk / sugar. all your condiments, disposable plates /cups/cutlery/serviettes

Meat arrives hot in hygienically sealed containers. Delivered in a drop off style
