Deluxe Spit Roast

For this service the caterer supplies the buffet tables, white linen tablecloths, China crockery, stainless steel cutlery & serviettes (colour of your choice). The client needs to supply an urn for hot water. Hire of an urn can be arranged, please advise when making your initial booking and a cost will be provided for you.

Power supply is also required for the use of the Urn.

4 meat choices available to choose, please select from Beef/ Pork/ Lamb/ Chicken/ Ham/ Turkey (350gm per serve), 7 freshly prepared home made salads. Please choose from 1 - 24 Salad bar or hot vegetables choose 3. Hot chat potatoes are included. Sour cream / all condiments. Fresh dinner rolls & butter portions. Gravy and apple sauce. 4 Desserts see Dessert bar 1 - 36. Coffee / tea / milk / sugar.

Meal service time is 2 hrs. If the meal service exceeds this time extra charges will apply.

Staff WILL be required for the Deluxe Spit Roast Menu. Please note that this is an additional cost.
