Standard Spit Roast

For this meal service the client needs to supply their own serving utensils, tables and urn for the tea & coffee service.

Staff arrive 15 minutes prior to your mealtime, set out the buffet tables and then leave.

Hire of tables and an urn can be arranged. Please advise when making your initial booking.

4 Meat choices available to choose from Beef / Pork / Lamb / Chicken (300g per serve) *Ham ($1.00 extra pp), Turkey ($2.00 extra pp) or Lamb ($1.00 extra pp). Seven (7) freshly prepared homemade salads. Please choose from 1–17 Salad menu or hot vegetables choose 3. Hot chat potatoes are included sour cream / all condiments. Dinner rolls and butter portions. Gravy and apple sauce, 4 Desserts see dessert bar from 1-14. Coffee / tea / milk / sugar. Disposable plates / cups/cutlery/serviettes

Meat arrives hot in hygienically sealed containers. Delivered in a drop off style.

Staff NOT included in the cost of the package. If staff are attending the meal, service time is 1½ hours max. For staff in attendance please see details regarding staff charges. If you would like the spit on site, please allow an extra *$3 per person. *Conditions apply
